IOC board approves Paris 2024 qualification criteria

The Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have now published the qualification criteria on their website for Breaking which can be found on this link:

The quota places include events starting from the second half of 2023 which include:

WDSF World Championship, Belgium, 23-24 September 2023

- 1 man / 1 woman (winner from each category)

Continental Championships (dates and locationstbc)

- Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceana, The Americas

- 5 men / 5 women (winner from each category)

Olympic Qualifier Series (OQS), March-June 2024 (locations tbc)

- 7 men / 7 women will qualify via OQS (awaiting further details)

Host Country Places

- 1 man / 1 woman (France)

Universality Places

- 2 men / 2 women

TOTAL

- 16 men / 16 women
